Brian is a common sense Democrat supporting family values and projecting American strength.

Brian’s platform is fundamentally about supporting our families, which includes:

• Quality prenatal and postnatal care for the mother and her baby

• Available and affordable childcare and quality early childhood development

• Good paying jobs for mom and dad

• A great high school education that is both college preparatory and immediate workforce ready

• Let’s support our young men and women so that they grow into the best versions of themselves

We are blessed with great colleges and universities, as well as strong Career Technical Education (CTE) programs. Education plays an important role in developing our regional economy. As a teacher and union member, I will seek the endorsement of the Michigan Education Association (MEA) and I will advocate for good paying jobs for the families of the 110.

Representing the 110 means protecting and defending our right to bear arms.

We must reduce the number of maternal mortalities in Michigan. Brian supports a woman’s right to choose.

The Western UP is the most beautiful place on earth. Our shorelines, forests, and local communities provide us with a great quality of life. We can have both the natural beauty and the jobs that come with mining, logging, and oil/gas infrastructure. Renewable energy jobs are an important part of the economic mix.
